Destination Manager, Africa

Cox & Kings, The Americas - Los Angeles

Cox & Kings is aggressively growing and we are seeking an individual who is interested in taking the lead in developing further our Africa product. This position is ideal for someone who possesses the passion and drive of an entrepreneur while maintaining "best in class" levels of service.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing Daily Sales and Operations for Africa

Achieve Required Profit Margins

Handle Product Development for Region

Collaborate with Marketing and PR Departments

Managing Others

Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, selling & promoting customized FITs to
Africa

Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to write comprehensive itineraries

Strong understanding of contracts, buying practices and negotiation skills

Excellent computer skills and tools needed to assure proper pricing of travel

Excellent written English skills

Extensive travel experience particularly to Sub-Saharan Africa
