Senior Consultant Air
As a Senior Consultant Air you lead client engagements, conduct consulting studies within the Advito portfolio and provide program support for clients. You have full account management responsibility. You conduct air analysis, develop respective strategies and present findings to client. You negotiate with suppliers as well as management and measure performance of the client air supplier deals. In this position you support the (air)sales in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities
complete client engagements and manage project to timelines, client expectations, and resource budgets
track project plans and ensure that additions to scope result in billable revenue
* educate clients on industry changes and issues
* as part of ongoing consulting assignments, provide financial and performance analysis and identify opportunities for improved savings
* conduct ad hoc analysis to accommodate specific client needs, such as evaluating the impact of contract changes and amendments
represent Advito at industry and client events
contribute to the development of Advito by improving internal processes and productivity, expanding service offerings, and increasing quality of client deliverables
coordinate global customer action plans with appropriate Advito staff in Europe and USA
renew client business and sell Advito services from the portfolio; up-sell and cross-sell to designated accounts
manage toward growth and ongoing contact with key prospects
identify competitive threats and emerging problems and offer solutions to preserve the integrity of relationships
Skills and Qualifcations
bachelor degree with business focus preferred
5 to 7 years of experience in the Air travel industry, preferably experience in account management/ sales within an Air company
outstanding professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management, clients and prospects
ability to comprehend, learn, integrate, and explain the industry/company technical products so they can be understood by prospective buyers
proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
excellent command of French and English
* ability & willingness to travel
