Director- Hotel Partnerships

Develops strong relationships with Signature Travel Network’s members and worldwide luxury hotel partners.  Will work with current hotel partners to maximize engagement with Signature advisors leveraging our tools and technology, while also meeting with prospective hotel partners interested in joining our program.

Signature Hotel Department Director

Manage relationships with all current and prospective hotel partners, to include:

  • Take appointments in the office to assist in training current hotel partners on Signature tools
  • Meet with prospective hoteliers to determine feasibility of future partnership
  • Maintain list of prospective hotels and respond to all inquiries
  • Develop hotel production reports when necessary
  • Create and conduct presentations to hotel groups when required
  • Communicate new initiatives and other updates with partner hotels
  • Manage webinars for hotels

Research and review competitive programs for new initiatives

Audit competitive programs for rate and amenity parity

Assist with yearly renewal process

Represent Signature at industry events, tradeshows and company meetings

Assist accounting with follow up on past due hotel participation fees

Provide a high level of support to our members

Work with other departments on an ad hoc basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in luxury hotel industry position
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
